Horrible experience. Salon is known for taking financial advantage of younger school age clientele. Increase prices surrounding local school events and quality is less than imperfect. Unprofessional business practices. Salon should be closed for unethical business policies.
The absolute worst Nail Salon I have ever been to. Not only did I get charged $75 for a fill. She complained the whole time that my nails were too long mine. They’re about a half inch but wider at the end. After the first day, not even a full 24 hours, two of them broke the two that she had to replace. Not only did she give me attitude the whole time I told her I wanted them fixed because it was 8 o’clock by the time she was done so she didn’t have time to fix them they were all bumpy and sloppy looking. She told me she refused to fix them because it wasn’t her fault that they broke. She said that she was just responsible for doing the tiny fill by the cuticles that another salon put them on. I informed her that the bumpiness was not because of another salon that it’s not just a little bit by the cuticles that you make them look good. That is your job. She stated she was not fixing them and I had to pay all over again three days later. You just moved over here. I have not broken a nail in over six years except for once where I waited a month to get them filled. That picture is from when she fix them. As you can see, they’re all different shapes sizes. It was a couple hours later were the first two broke and anybody who gets nails done when they’re done good the tile break or you’ll rip your real nail off because they’re held on so well. These ones completely popped off as if they were press on altogether all four of them. Also the quality of stuff she uses when she glued the tip on she tried putting it down by my cuticle anybody that knows about Nails knows it gets put on right at the tip. She had to re-glue it on at least six times because every time I moved my hand, it popped off because her stuff was so cheap .
Elsa is wonderful!! I from Florida visiting and I wanted to take my niece for a pedicure.. my niece suggested this salon. It’s located in a very cute town. Well I must say I am coming back next I am here I am extremely happy with her customer service and definitely with her services. 👍👍👍
She cut my nails down to the quick, they are so short they hurt, and fixed them so they are totally uneven. Half of each nail has no polish, she rushed through so fast. If you don’t have time to do it right don’t book the appointment! She was super nice but I would not go back.
One of the best pedicures that I've ever had. I have terribly dry, cracked heels. Many times when I get a pedicure at other spas, the tech will take too much skin off my feet when buffing etc and I'll leave with more cracks, won't be able to walk and bleeding. The tech/owner that did my pedi tonight was excellent. Great value and fair prices. Highly recommend.
